You may make as many copies as you think you may need for your company associates, and you may continue to copy when needed. You may not copy for distribution outside of your company or sell outside of your company because of our copyright.

  Who owns the copyright?

The Resource Company owns the copyright, but a purchaser is granted a license to use the materials internally, i.e. they may not be sold or distributed outside of your company.

  Do I need a special program to use the CD?

All of The Resource Company materials are prepared in Microsoft Word. You will need Word software on your computer to read, use, and change the documents. If you do not have Word software, you can probably find a contractor, (possibly through a retail copy center or an executive suite) to work on an hourly basis that has the software and can make changes for you.

  How long before I receive the materials?

All orders are shipped priority mail, and should, in most cases, be received within 5 days from the date payment is received.

  How much do the manuals cost?
